What is Ranki?

Ranki is a done-for-you AI SEO service at ranki.com.au, run by Theme Press Pty Ltd in Sydney. Every week it researches what your customers search for, writes and publishes articles to your website, works to get your business named by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google, and tracks every call and enquiry those pages bring in.

How long until I see results?

Some clients see early movement in 6 to 8 weeks. Others longer depending on competition. We do not promise dates. We promise the work, weekly tracking, and full transparency.

Will the content sound like me?

Yes. Every article is written in your voice, from the details you give us about your business: your tone, your services and your sample posts. Articles publish automatically, so there is nothing to approve, and you can ask for changes any time.

What if it does not work for me?

No contract. Cancel any time. We would rather lose you in month two than waste your year.

Do I keep my articles if I cancel?

Yes. Every article is published on your own website, with its images in your own media library, so it is yours to keep. Cancelling stops new work. Nothing Ranki published is taken down, and removing our plugin leaves your posts exactly where they are.

Do I need to do anything?

A 30-minute call to start. After that, nothing required, ever. You will get a monthly report and access to the dashboard whenever you want to look. Most clients check in every few weeks.

Will Ranki touch or change my existing website?

Your existing pages, design and menus stay as they are. Ranki adds new articles through our plugin or your site's connection, plus a small script that counts calls and enquiries. After that it keeps improving the articles it wrote, refreshing them and linking them to each other. A change to a page you made, such as a sharper page title, is only ever a one-off fix we check first, never something that runs on a schedule. The one exception is online shops: buyers land on category pages there, so Ranki writes the description on those pages and keeps the old wording so any page can be put back.
